Why would a chromium solid that is more soluble be less satisfactory for disposal? PLEASE HELP? - chromium more drug_uses

Chrome is very, very toxic. It is definitely something that we do not want in our groundwater. Therefore, there are laws against dumping of chromium (in particular dissolved) in the sink. Can see shiny chrome hubcaps and does not dissolve easily, so it's less worrisome than the solutions of chromium in the laboratory down the drain.
