What is the date I can claim for my international patent application (PCT)? - pct patent application

Here is my situation:
- I Laid a PPP in U.S. June 2006.
- I put a RPP United States in June 2007.
- I have a license by patents abroad July 10, 2007 granted.
- I am now submitting PCT. Technically, I'm in the last year, my first request (PPP June 2006).

So what do I ask the date for PCT applications: June 2007? June 2006? Now?

Note that RPA has my little new in comparison to the EAC. Can I claim my PCT for the entire contents of the APR in June 2006?
