I have a question about blood work for lupus? - what determines lupus

I have blood tests for today ... Ana and VSG lupus ... not really sure what the ESE, but said the technician, he had something to do with inflimmation inside ... I want to know what tests to confirm or refute. I have the "mask" and some other symptoms, but in my opinion, there is no 100% test to determine whether lupus.
